Thomas B. Gosselin

 

Tom Gosselin is President of Tom Gosselin & Associ- ates, Inc. specializing in training, organization develop- ment, executive coaching and consulting. In the ‘90s, Tom co-founded and directed The Catalyst Group, a sales and negotiation training and consulting firm. 

 

Tom has worked extensively with clients in financial services, consulting, manufacturing, travel services, and con­sumer products.  Tom’s real intellectual passion lies in de­veloping practical applications of negotiation theory. In addition to his workshops in negotiating, Tom's book, Practical Negotiating: Tools, Tactics, & Techni- ques, was published by John Wiley in 2007.

 

Tom has over 25 years of international experience conducting negotiation, leadership and management skills workshops and seminars. 

Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John's in Philosophy and Psychology, and his Master's degree in Psychiatric Social Work from Catholic University.  He studied Organizational Behavior at George Washington University and Boston College. Tom has been a guest lecturer on power and influence in organizations at The Harvard Business School.
